I think I make a little improve in these field, so I am going to put my first post in this section.
As seems I broke a flat stage in my training I think is for a change in diet (as my workouts became simple (4-6 exercises three days a week) since a 2-1 years from now) The changes were those: 1 whole egg in the breakfast, every day. That's make that I eat between 10-12 eggs per week. Less bread intake. So as I eat less carbohidrates, I have to eat more protein source foods to compensate and not be hungry at the end. So I eat more meat and fish. The day I train, I have two meals after the train. One before half an hour since I finished the work, and other two-three hours later (I make a two dinners rounds, like a hobbit!! ) The rest of the vegatables I eat doesn't change. Now al my trousers need me to make more holes in the belt. I have less waist, but my bodybwweight is the same or even 1-2 kg bigger.
I think i am in a good way. Simple changes, nothing to madness yourself with complexities.

After reading the masters answer and hearing across the net his laughters, I elevate my consume of eggs to two per day: one in the breakfast and one in the lunch: 14 eggs per week plus others on alterned day. This cause an increment from 10 to 16.
