Squats: 8 X 25 ; 8 X 37 ; 8 X 48

Supersetting las two:
Std Bb biceps curl: 8 X 11 ; 8 x 16 ; 8 X 21
Std BB triceps curl: 8 X 12 ; 8 X 12 ; 8 X 12

18 sets in 48 min. Good!!

Triceps went well, but too much weight in the biceps one.

18 sets in 70 mins. SuperSlow workout. Not a very good day.
